Auditing the Conclusion

What the paper will cover

A scientific-method contribution framing the reproducibility crisis as in substantial part a crisis of the collapsed audit chain. The paper will describe how a typed, content-addressed knowledge graph closes the gap for AI-mediated scientific output, with structural alignment to the FAIR and ALCOA+ data-integrity frameworks. The drug-screening worked example will appear in the supplement as ESL specimens of the domain-bridge declaration and the reasoning certificate.

In the meantime

The conceptual material the paper will cover is available now in narrative form on this site:

  • The Drug-screening example is the same worked example the paper will use, with the audit-gap table, the eight-commit walkthrough, and the typed reasoning certificate.
  • The Concepts section frames the four warrant categories and the domain-bridge primitive — the structural answers to the audit gap.
